We want you to be completely satisfied with your unique Annie's Ibiza purchase; if you are not, we offer a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain exclusive collections and made-to-order pieces may be subject to final sale terms.

Return Process

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and untampered with.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our Ibiza team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
